Comprehensive Land Use Plan

The Village of Flat Rock Comprehensive Land Use Plan was adopted on June 9, 2022, and includes six major elements that impact the use and development of land within the village:

Land use
Open space & recreation
Preservation
Transportation
Coordination with contracted utilities & waste management
Intergovernmental coordination

Each of these topics is covered in detail, starting with a goal statement and ending with specific objectives and actions for the village to pursue to reach the goal.
